My wife and I are beginning to unpack our belongings into our new house in Falmouth. We are very excited, needless to say, because it is a dream fulfilled after a long (3 year) search. Guiding this search the whole time was Tara Costa, our buyer's agent. Three years is a long time, but Tara's patience never waivered. From the start, she was attentive and obviously listened careful to our wish list. She would email us listings weekly but didn't overwhelm us with those which didn't meet our criteria. When asked to show us a property, often on short notice, she was always available... not once did she say it didn't work into her schedule. When walking through a house we would babble about what we thought about rooms, utilities, layout, finishes, etc. She was clearly listening but would insert a comment only occasionally. Each time it would be insightful, concise and incredibly valuable and always reflective of her years of experience selling and walking through properties. Now that we are done and very happy and satisfied, I think we will miss the hours spent walking through houses and laughing with Tara.
