My wife and I are beginning to unpack our belongings into our new house in Falmouth. We are very excited, needless to say, because it is a dream fulfilled after a long (3 year) search. Guiding this search the whole time was Tara Costa, our buyer's agent. Three years is a long time, but Tara's patience never waivered. From the start, she was attentive and obviously listened careful to our wish list. She would email us listings weekly but didn't overwhelm us with those which didn't meet our criteria.
